I'm an engineering leader with over a decade of experience building software, products, and companies. I've led teams as a founder, engineering manager and tech lead.
Beyond the day job, I write. I've published a book, Philosophical Suicide, and I publish frequent posts on my blog.

My current focus is handling both product and engineering on the high-volume Email channel – where we process millions of emails per day – as well as working on Fin, the #1 AI agent for customer service.
